Did the doctor tell you have heart problems or are you in withdrawal? 
Because when i was in withdrawal(the worst of it )it felt like my heart was
exploding, i still feel that some now! I have never had mine checked out! My
doc acts like i am nuts. How long were you on meds?

Lynn:  I was only on Paxil for 3 months, another three to wean off, and three 
years to recover.  Yes, I had all sorts of fluttering in my heart for the 
whole time.  Thought it was anxiety.  Then last December my doctor detected a 
murmur and I had to have an emergency echocardiogram, which surprise surprise 
came out perfectly normal.  That was a huge relief.  If your doctor thinks 
you're nutz, you need a new doctor, although most of them are about the same. 
They just don't believe that SSRIs cause all the trouble they do.  The 
lawyers who are trying to do the class action suit are in New Hampshire.
